We are a perfume subscription service. At Scent Haven, we help our customers to discover new fragrances without having to commit to the entire bottle. Each month, we deliver a 30-day supply of an authentic designer fragrance of your choice to your doorstep. Your 30-day supply equates to 140 sprays and is more than enough for 4 sprays daily for 30 days.

On your First Month:

When you have signed up for your subscription, your payment will be accepted automatically on the same day.

We will ship your Scent Haven welcome pack from our fulfilment centre within 7-10 business days.

After the First Month:

On the second month, as a recurring subscriber, you will receive your package within 10 business days after the successful billing. If your payment was blocked, we will have another attempt and your order will be arranged and sent out within 10 days according to your successful billing date.

Shipping and Tracking:

Once we have sent out your order, you will receive an email notification with your order status and tracking number for you to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery time may vary due to the great care we put to our customers and their orders. In addition, as fragrances are considered Hazardous Materials, it may cause delay during shipping.

We have 6 colours available for you to choose as part of your subscription and we offer extra ONE free spray case on every fourth month of your subscription.

To be part of your celebration, we also offer you a free aluminium case on your birthday month. Worried because your birthday falls in the same month you are expecting a free case? We deliver both cases and you can choose different colours.

If you are active with our referral program, you are eligible to claim your FREE fragrance on your second month. The promotional code will be available immediately and displayed on your Scent Haven Profile upon the successful referral and can start claiming your FREE fragrance on the second month after the regular billing cycle. (No charge will be applied after entering the promotional code)

Scent Haven offers promotional code or coupon code occasionally and periodically. Each promotional code can be applied to all the subscription orders. Each promotional code cannot combine with other existing offers.

Note: Our new subscriptions promotional code is only valid for a new customer and cannot be used twice by the same customer.

As an active subscriber, you will receive one free fragrance from every successful referral, and there is no cap limit!!

For all successful referrals, they will also receive one free fragrance.

Please note: When signing up as a new customer through the referral program, you can’t combine with other special offers. The referee can't be your self or share the same profile as you and your subscription needs to remain active in order to receive your Free perfume.

You can order a gift subscription whenever you like. The Digital Gift Card will be sent to you immediately after the payment.

The Gift Subscription will not be activated until your recipient has redeemed the gift.

Please Note: All Gift Subscriptions has a 12 months’ expiration period before the recipient can redeem the gift.

If you have purchased a 3-month Gift Subscription, the recipient can redeem the Gift at any time within 12 months from the date you have purchased the Gift Subscription.

If you have purchased a 6-month Gift Subscription, the recipient can redeem the Gift at any time within 12 months from the date you have purchased the Gift Subscription.

If you have purchased a 12-month Gift Subscription, the recipient can redeem the Gift at any time within 12 months from the date you have purchased the Gift Subscription.

Your loved one will receive a Scent Haven subscription that works just like all other subscribers’. Once you have purchased a Gift Subscription, you will receive a digital Gift Card with a coupon code together sent to your email. You can forward the email to your recipient and they can start to redeem their gift you have purchased for them. Once they have redeemed the gift, an instruction will be sent to their email address on how to customise and select their fragrance.

You have a choice to extend the gift or the recipient can continue with the subscription after the Gift Subscription period.

Scent Haven offers Gift Subscriptions. You can send 3, 6 and 12 months Scent Haven Gift Subscriptions to your loved ones. Once you have purchased a gift subscription you can select the fragrance you want and ship it to the nominated address. The receiver will receive a welcome pack along with a Coupon code to redeem the free fragrances from the second month and onwards for the purchased period.

We do not accept the returns of the Subscription products, the fragrance cases or vials unless the product was damaged during the delivery.

Please note: You can always add, delete or swap your fragrances in your calendar. Please review your queue on monthly basis before we start processing the shipping.

Usually not, however, it depends on the shipping partner and if you are a new subscriber or an existing subscriber. For all our new subscribers, you receive a beautiful welcome pack with a drawer box. Once you have placed your order, you can advise us via email on whether you prefer to sign for your delivery to pick up or simply leave it at your door or in the mail box.

As soon as you have become an active subscriber and have selected your favourite scent, we will send you an email with your tracking information. Your tracking number can also be accessed online under ‘My Profile’.

Scent Haven is an Australian owned business, at current state, we only ship to Australia nationwide and hoping to expand internationally soon!

If you have received a damaged product in the mail, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team along with a photo attached in the email so that we can assess the issue. We will provide you with a replacement or store credit within 30 days of after the issue has been assessed.

Please make sure you get in touch with us within 48 hours after receiving the damaged product.

All our active subscribers can find their product shipping status on ‘My Profile’.

For our active subscribers who we are able to bill on the scheduled billing day, shipping information should be displayed immediately under ‘My Profile’.

For those who we were not able to bill until after the regular scheduled billing day, the product shipping information will only be displayed after the payment.

All our active subscribers can find the product shipping status under ‘My Profile’. The shipping status consist of FOUR stages: ‘Processing’, ‘Ready to Dispatch’, ‘Dispatched’ and ‘Delivered’. If by any chance you have not received your product 7 days after the shipping status has been changed to ‘Dispatched’ or ‘Delivered’. Please reach out to our team by sending an email with your order number to ‘info@scenthaven.com.au’ and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

If you wold like to receive an immediate response (please expect a few hours delay due to the volume of requests), simply jump onto our Facebook Page and send us a message and our customer service team will be able to look into the issue as soon as possible.

For the customers who we were not able to bill on the scheduled billing day, please expect a delay on in your shipment once the second billing attempt has been made successfully.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express Credit Card, and PayPal for all our subscription orders. For 3-month, 6-month and 12-month gift packages, we also accept a once off upfront payment via the above payment options. You can update your billing information with a valid payment method at any time.

As for our new subscribers, you will be billed as soon as you have placed your initial order. The order processing and shipping status can be found on ‘My Profile’ > ‘Orders’.

You can take a break on your subscription at any time. If you are an active subscriber, simply head over to the top right cover of the website and click ‘My Profile’ > ‘My Subscription’ and select ‘Skip A Month’.

Once you have selected ‘Skip A Month’ we will put a pulse against your account for the next billing cycle. Click HERE to find out your subscription status.

You will be billed immediately when you have made your initial purchase in the first month. From the second month onwards, you will fall under our scheduled regular billing and shipping cycle. This means you will only be billed once on the 5th of each month and will not see any more charges until the next scheduled billing cycle. Upon the successful billing, we will ship out the goods within 7 business days.

When you have purchased a gift pack, you will be billed upfront for the total of the selected months option. Upon successful billing, we will send out ONE coupon code immediately to claim your fragrance at NO CHARGE. The receiver only needs to apply the coupon once on the checkout page to activate their gift for the pre-purchased months.

As per the Australian Tax standards, goods and services tax (GST) must be applied when sold or consumed within Australia.

Scent Haven charges 10% GST on all the purchases made on www.scenthaven.com.au, the displayed price on our website is the final price with GST included. You can find our GST charge on your ‘Check Out’ Screen.

We highly encourage our visitors or subscribers to rate the fragrance. You will also be receiving reminders via email. Giving a rate to the scents that you have experienced can help us to better understand your scent preference. Scent Haven sends you the personalised scent recommendations based on the scents you have rated.

The more scents you rate on our fragrances; the better fragrance suggestions we could provide.

Scent Haven currently does not have an upgrade plan.

On the fragrances page, you can select any fragrances and click ‘Add to queue’, your preferred fragrance will then be displayed on the header of the page in the calendar icons.

In order to activate your subscription, you need to click on the ‘Subscription Required’ button and enter billing details to begin.

Once you have finished entering the billing details, you are required to select your first scent within 12 hours.

Please note that if you don’t select a scent within 12 hours once you have activated your subscription, you will receive an email notification confirming that Scent Haven will automatically be sending you the featured scent of the Month depending on your gender.
All our subscribers can always change, delete or add new scent by simply drag and drop your selected scent to the preferred month.

Our subscription begins on a monthly package for $19.95 per month. As at current state, we only offer monthly subscription or you have an option to purchase our:

3 monthly gift package for $59.85
6 monthly gift package for $110
12 monthly gift package for $220

Scent Haven sends out a free travel case every 4th month for our active subscribers and all our active subscribers will receive an extra free travel case on their birthday month.

Our subscriptions are recurring with no contract obligation. There are no hidden costs or shipping fees at our subscribers’ expense. Our subscribers may wish to cancel the subscription at any time.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Please note:

Our regular billing cycle starts on 15th or 28th of each month for all the subscription plans, again depending on which billing cycle you fall under. If you wish to cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date, you will not be charged for the upcoming month.

If you cancelled your subscription after your scheduled billing date of the current calendar month your subscription will be cancelled immediately and you will still receive your last perfume in the current calendar month which you have been billed for.

If you have made a once off subscription purchase for three, six or twelve months, you are entitled to receive one fragrance per month for the purchased period. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for all our subscription products. Click HERE to find out more about Returns and Refunds

It happens, but don’t worry we will look after it. If a fragrance hasn’t been added to your queue by the monthly cut-off date which is 14th or 28th of each month at 11:59pm AEST, depending on which billing cycle you fall under. We will send you the fragrance of the month.

The fragrance of the month is the featured one for our female and male subscribers. The selection is based of the scent preference of your previous order(s) or the popular ones.
